About me and my therapy practice
‘Space to Grow’ reflects how clients experience working with me. I work outdoors in and around the South Downs National Park in West Sussex. We can also work together indoors in my mobile counselling space, a beautifully converted van. I offer online counselling for those farther afield or unable to travel.
Life experiences are not always the ones we want or choose. I work with many of life’s issues, including sexual trauma, and use a trauma-informed approach. I care deeply for all my clients.

About me and my therapy practice
Creative Clinical and Helping Profession Supervisor. Trained in supervising by tapping into creative techniques. This often allows rapid access to new enlightened perspectives in your work. I work co-creatively. Supervision is a relational process. My supervision practice is underpinned by the 7 Eyed Model and adheres to the Â鶹Դ´ Ethical Guidelines.
Although the role of Supervisor, via the professional bodies, does not require training, I am trained. I attended a 4 month Creative Supervisor Training programme with Dr Emma Steadman.
