I have availability and I AM ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS. I offer in person appointments and also Telehealth (video appointments) - you can decide what is the best option that suits your needs and preferences.

About me and my therapy practice
My counseling practice is centered on putting the needs of my clients first. I entered this field with a genuine desire to help individuals, families, and children navigate mental health challenges and life transitions. At the core of my approach is a strong connection with my clients, supporting them through struggles, and guiding them toward a healthier, more fulfilled life.
In my work, I integrate evidence-based practices, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), while also drawing on a multi-disciplinary approach that considers the diverse backgrounds and experiences of each client. I believe in tailoring interventions to best fit the unique needs of those I work with.
