About me and my therapy practice
I offer a warm, compassionate space where you can safely explore the issues that have brought you to therapy. My aim is to help you discover the changes you seek and strengthen your resilience when facing the challenging emotions that are part of everyday life. Whether you need short-term coping strategies or wish to dive into deeper self-reflection, I adapt my approach to suit your individual needs.
Because the quality of the therapeutic relationship is key to successful therapy, I place great emphasis on building a strong, trusting connection. Honesty, integrity, and empathy underpin our work together, creating a supportive environment grounded in mutual respect.
In our sessions, we will look at your past and present experiences to foster a clearer understanding of who you are. Together, we will pinpoint what you need to heal, grow, and live a more fulfilling life.
Practice description
Qualifications - I have an MSc. in Integrative Psychotherapy and have over 10 years experience working with clients.
Therapy sessions are usually weekly, however I can offer fortnightly sessions.
Sessions are in person in my practice in Hardwick or online via Zoom. Phone therapy is also available.
My first session
offer a free 30 minute introductory session to all potential clients.
This is an opportunity to discuss any questions you might have and the potential of working together.
Paid sessions are 50-minutes long.
