We work within an agreement which is discussed in the first session. This also enables us to tailor subsequent session to your meet with your therapy goals and needs.
I work with people on a short-term (up to 8 sessions), or long-term (up to 2 years) basis in 50 minute sessions, which take place online. Most clients choose to have weekly sessions.

We will meet online in a welcoming and safe space where you can talk confidentially. During the first session, we will discuss your needs, goals, as well as the client agreement.
