About me and my therapy practice
I offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can share your worries and feelings, and be heard with empathy. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, identity concerns, or simply a sense that something isn’t right, you don’t have to face it alone.
I work relationally, offering warmth and compassion in our sessions. As an integrative therapist, I draw from various therapeutic theories and tailor each session to your unique needs.
