About me and my therapy practice

Life can feel challenging and overwhelming at times, and I’m here to help you navigate those feelings with warmth and understanding. My approach is deeply collaborative—I’m not just here to listen, but to work with you to explore every aspect of your experience. Together, we look at how not only your inner world but also the influences of culture, society, and personal relationships contribute to your feelings. I warmly welcome everyone, including those who are neurodivergent, chronically ill or disabled, LGBTQIA+, involved in kink communities, sex workers, foreign nationals, and racialised individuals. Your experiences matter, and I’m here to help you understand and gently shift any patterns that might be weighing you down.

Practice description

Our work together is a true partnership. In every session, you’re not only heard but actively involved in shaping the conversation. I’m here to offer empathy and understanding as we explore both the personal and external factors that contribute to your experiences. Together, we’ll gently examine how relationships, cultural background, societal expectations, and systemic forces can affect your emotional well-being. This isn’t just about talking—it’s about collaborating on practical ways to ease your struggles and nurture your strengths.

I use straightforward, clear trauma-informed methods to help us identify and gently shift the patterns that may be holding you back. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling more understood, empowered, and equipped to handle life’s challenges. Your unique story deserves careful attention, and I’m committed to walking beside you as we explore every part of your experience.

My first session

Our first session is a chance for us to connect deeply and openly. We’ll have a friendly, no-pressure conversation about what matters most to you. In this session, we’ll begin to explore how your personal experiences and the wider world around you intertwine, setting the stage for a collaborative journey toward healing and growth. I’m here to ensure you feel supported and understood from the very first moment, and together, we’ll start building a path toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.

If you’re ready to take that step towards feeling truly seen and supported, please reach out at Beyondlabelstherapy.com or info@beyondlabelstherapy.com. I look forward to welcoming you and working together with genuine care.

About me and my therapy practice

This is a space to breathe, be listened to deeply, and not have to perform. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, stuck in patterns you cannot quite name, or simply longing for more meaning or connection — therapy can offer you a place to explore what you are carrying and why.

Clients come to me for many reasons: anxiety, shame, life transitions, trauma, relationship difficulties, cultural or sexual identity, or the quieter ache of feeling like an outsider. Some have never had therapy before; others return after time away. All are welcome.

My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma-informed, and open to all identities, bodies and backgrounds. I also work affirmatively with neurodivergence, non-traditional relationship styles, and experiences of migration, marginalisation or systemic harm & shame.

Whatever you are bringing, you do not have to carry it alone. This is your space — to speak freely, feel fully, and begin to come home to yourself.

Practice description

I believe therapy is most powerful when it feels human. Our relationship — built on trust, care and honesty — is the foundation for any change. You are not a diagnosis to be fixed. You are someone with a story that deserves time, space and dignity.

I work integratively, drawing from relational, psychodynamic and somatic approaches. That means I adapt our work to you, listening both to what is spoken and what is felt. I pay attention to emotions, patterns, and the roles you have been given or taken on — especially the ones that no longer serve you.

Therapy with me is a collaborative process. Some weeks may feel raw, others more reflective. You do not need to arrive with answers — just a willingness to begin. I will meet you where you are, and we will move at a pace that feels safe, steady and real.

My first session

The first session is a gentle starting point. We will talk about what brings you here, what you are hoping for, and any worries or questions you may have. There is no need to tell your whole story all at once — we will take time, and you set the pace.

You can also use this space to get a feel for how I work and whether we click — finding the right therapist matters. If it feels like a good fit, we will arrange regular weekly sessions going forward.

Sessions last 50 minutes, held in person (London Bridge), online, or as a hybrid.

Access needs? Particular concerns? You are warmly encouraged to let me know — this is your space, and you are welcome as you are.
