About me and my therapy practice

I work with people from all walks of life and offer a grounded, honest space to talk things through. Most of the people I work with are dealing with stress, anxiety, low mood, burnout, trauma, or are feeling stuck in who they are or how they relate to others. I also specialise in working with sexual and relationship difficulties—things like shame, confidence, performance worries, identity issues, sexuality or struggles connecting with others. These can show up in subtle but powerful ways, and I help people make sense of them without judgement or unnecessary jargon.

I keep things real and conversational. You don’t need to have the right words or a clear label to start therapy—just a willingness to explore what’s going on for you. I don’t tend to do pity, and I won’t talk at you. I offer a space where we can be curious together, and where you can start to get clearer about yourself and how you move through the world.

My approach is integrative and holistic. I draw from different therapeutic models such as CBT and psychodynamic psychotherapy, and my background as an Osteopath means I pay attention to how the body and mind connect. I look at the bigger picture—your emotional world, physical health, life experiences, and relationships—because they all play a part. However, I also recognise that this needs to be done in a flexible way, because life is not black and white, and so priorities might shift throughout our time together.

Practice description

Despite my training and experience, I don’t come into the room thinking I have all the answers. I believe there’s always something to learn about the person in front of me, and that’s why I see therapy as a collaborative process—not something done to you, but something we do together. The aim is to help you get a clearer picture about yourself, how you feel, how you relate, and how you navigate the world.

I work in a way that’s practical, reflective and tailored to you—not rigid or overly clinical. My role is to help you join the dots, challenge unhelpful patterns, and build awareness that actually leads to change. Some of that work is deep, some of it is straightforward—but all of it is about keeping things authentic, useful and in line with your values.
