How Can I Help You?
Whatever it is that brings you here, know that you are not alone. I provide professional counselling support aiming to help you find your way through.
I am a calm, nurturing, warm presence and I am here to listen when you feel ready. I can offer you a regular space to pause, to talk, to understand and to be understood. I can help you identify where you are feeling stuck in your life.
I can offer you support in unpacking, untangling and processing big emotions, difficult thoughts and painful feelings. I can help you connect and cope. I can help you create space for change.
If you've found this page the chances are that you're looking for support and a safe place to talk. Perhaps, you’ve just arrived in the right place, at the right time?
My first session
Working together may begin with a brief phone call or email exchange in which you are welcome to ask any questions you may have. We will briefly discuss what has led you to seek support at this point in time to help us decide if therapy with me is the right choice for you.
If we choose to work together, an initial 60-minute session will provide us with the opportunity to deep dive into the wider context of what has brought you to counselling. We will explore therapeutic priorities whilst establishing what your expectations, aspirations and goals from therapy may be.
From here our weekly 60 minute sessions are led by how you are feeling in the moment, on the day. We will use curiosity and compassion alongside therapeutic tools and resources to help you develop ways in which to connect with your internal experience.
