About me and my therapy practice

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, and it’s okay to feel like you're struggling to keep up. In my therapy practice, I offer a warm and supportive space where you can slow down, feel heard, and take time for yourself away from the demands of daily life.

My goal is to help you understand and process any challenges you might be facing in a way that feels kind and compassionate. I believe that therapy should always be a space where you feel truly listened to and respected, and it’s in this space of openness and care that healing and change can begin.

Together, we’ll explore your relationships and life experiences, helping you gain deeper insight into yourself. With this understanding, I believe we all have the ability to make positive changes and lead more fulfilling and meaningful lives.

My own journey to becoming a therapist began after a career in retail and brand management left me feeling burnt out and disconnected. Therapy gave me the space to reassess my values and what truly mattered to me, and that experience inspired me to train as a counsellor.

In addition to my private practice, I also facilitate support groups for a domestic violence charity, working with people from all kinds of backgrounds who are facing different struggles. I have a special interest in supporting those recovering from addiction and am passionate about men’s mental health.

I work from an integrative approach, meaning I draw on a variety of therapeutic models to offer the most supportive and personalised care for you.

I work from a light, welcoming space in Spitalfields, London E1, just a short 10-minute walk from Liverpool Street Station, 7 minutes from Aldgate East, and 10 minutes from Shoreditch High Street.

If you're curious about therapy, have any questions, or want to see if we might be a good fit, please don’t hesitate to get in touch. I’d be happy to chat with you and answer any questions you may have.
