About me and my therapy practice
Life can bring moments of worry, sadness, anxiety, or feeling stuck—whether in your personal circumstances, relationships, or following a bereavement. At times, we all need support. I provide a safe, confidential space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions, gain clarity, and develop practical tools to move forward with confidence and peace of mind.
About Me
I am a qualified counsellor registered with both the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (Â鶹Դ´) and the Association of Christians in Counselling and Linked Professions (ACC). My approach is integrative, drawing from various therapeutic models to best meet your individual needs. While my foundation is Person-Centered Therapy, I incorporate elements of different approaches to ensure a tailored and effective experience. I firmly believe in the power of change and personal growth, and I am here to support you on your journey.
I am also currently pursuing a Master’s in Psychology (MSc), further deepening my knowledge and skills to provide the best possible support for my clients.

Practice description
As a therapist, I take a practical, open-minded, and down-to-earth approach. My style is interactive, engaging, and welcoming, providing both warmth and strength while also offering the appropriate level of challenge. I genuinely care about understanding your unique experiences and providing a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely.
Whether you are facing anxiety, depression, bereavement, relationship struggles, or simply seeking clarity in life, I am here to support you.
Get in touch today to take the first step toward healing and growth.
My first session
Finding the right therapist is an important step, and I understand that it can feel overwhelming. That’s why I offer an initial assessment session of 50 minutes, giving us the opportunity to explore whether we are the right fit for working together.
During this session, we will:
Discuss your concerns – What has brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from it.
Complete an assessment – This helps me understand your current situation, emotional well-being, and any relevant background information.
Explore your background – A gentle look at your personal history, experiences, and any challenges you are facing.
Talk about how I work – I will explain my therapeutic approach and how our sessions might support you.
Address any questions – You’ll have space to ask anything about the therapy process, confidentiality, or what to expect going forward.
If we both feel that we are a good match, it will be my privilege to walk alongside you on this journey of healing and growth.
