Availability

I offer individual weekly sessions from Monday to Thursday. Please get in touch to discuss availability.

I offer an initial free fifteen minute telephone discussion to see if I feel like the right counsellor for you, it is important we feel we can work together and you feel comfortable to share with me. If you wish to proceed we can arrange an initial session.

About me and my therapy practice

I am an integrative therapist, with a focus on mind and body connection. I have an understanding of different theories which will be applied throughout each session. With an understanding of trauma and how it can remain in the body we will work together to rejoin mind and body.

My journey to becoming a counsellor has included working within the care sector and in schools, with those who have learning disabilities, ASD and ADHD. I completed my initial counselling training levels 2-4 before undertaking my level six trauma training.

Each session will be tailored to you, what works for one client may not for another and this is an important part of our relationship, offering a flexible approach to support your individual needs.

Therapy is a collaborative process, together we create a safe space free from judgement to explore what is present. Exploring elements of stress, anxiety, depression or other issues. I may offer mindfulness or grounding techniques to support you to feel more stable in life. It is not my role to provide advice or answers, I believe you have the ability to find what you are seeking when we create an environment you feel safe to do so.
