About me and my therapy practice
Please come and meet me in a free introductory session and you will see that I am a quietly spoken man who can understand where you are right now.
I have worked with a broad spectrum of people, college students, middle class professionals, prisoners - with a parallel broad spectrum of issues.
My experience is that even if we can't remove your current problem from your life - we can turn the volume down.
I work using a combination of psychodynamic and person-centred approaches. In summary, together we will work out how you got here and how you feel about it - from there, in our quietened environment, you will be better able to change or move forward.
Practice description
I provide face-to-face or video sessions, for long or short term work. My practice priority is fitting our work around your day to day life.
My first session
I start with a free introduction – either face-to-face or a phone call.
This is around 50 minutes long - we speak about your current situation, a brief overview of your history, and what it might be that is troubling you - then together we can decide how we can work on this.
