About me and my therapy practice
It is normal to go through challenging and difficult times in life. Life can be complicated; but if you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed and consistently dealing with the same issues, then this is when talking to a qualified counsellor or psychotherapist can be helpful. As a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist with experience dealing with people experiencing loss, depression, anxiety, shame or relationship difficulties, I offer a calm, supportive space to help explore your difficulties and help find ways to overcome them.
