Hi, I’m Roshni.
I am a Â鶹Դ´ registered counsellor, and I believe that you are the expert in your own journey, equipped with the strengths necessary to navigate and overcome life’s challenges. It takes great courage to seek a more fulfilling and joyful life, and I am here to support and empower you every step of the way. Together, we will explore your past with sensitivity, deepening your understanding of the present, while also incorporating practical tools to help you cultivate self-compassion and achieve your goals for the future.
Practice description
I offer individual counselling sessions for adults, available in-person at my practice room in Leicester City or remotely via Zoom. Each session lasts 50 minutes and is typically held on a weekly basis. The number of sessions you will need will depend on your personal goals, and we will review and adjust this as we go along.
Our work together will be based on a foundation of confidentiality, support, and a non-judgmental therapeutic relationship, where we can address the personal challenges that may be affecting your life.
My first session
Before we begin, we will meet for a free 15-minute phone consultation. This gives me a chance to understand more about your therapy preferences and the reasons you are seeking support. It is also an opportunity for you to ask any questions and get a feel for what it might be like to work together.
If you would like to book a session after our consultation, I will send you a contract to review before our first meeting.
