About me and my therapy practice

As a Â鶹ԭ´´-registered psychotherapeutic counsellor, I offer a confidential and non-judgmental environment for clients to discuss their thoughts, emotions, and challenges. My approach is integrative and utilises various therapeutic models to meet individual needs, including person-centred, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioural techniques. I assist clients with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and self-esteem concerns, providing tailored support. The aim is to help individuals develop self-awareness, resilience, and positive changes in their lives. Whether short-term support or longer-term therapy is needed, I am dedicated to offering a safe and supportive space where clients can communicate openly.

Practice description

I offer a warm, supportive, and confidential space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences at their own pace. My approach is integrative and tailored to each client  and each individual’s needs. I work with adults facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and self-esteem issues. Whether you are seeking short-term support or long-term therapy, my aim is to help you gain insight, build resilience, and make meaningful changes. Sessions are available in person and online, providing flexible and accessible support in a way that suits you.

With a degree in Nutritional Therapy and a diploma in Psychotherapeutic Integrative Counselling, my special focus is on disordered eating, integrating my expertise in nutritional therapy with my psychotherapeutic counselling. This approach allows me to support clients in exploring the emotional challenges underlying their relationship with food, including overeating, chronic dieting, binge eating, self-esteem issues, and food-related conditions. By addressing both the psychological and nutritional aspects, I help clients develop a healthier, more balanced approach to eating and well-being.

My first session

I offer a free 20-minute assessment session to help determine whether my services are the right fit for you. During this session, if you decide to proceed, we will arrange our first full session. In our initial session, we will discuss how we will work together and establish a therapeutic contract to ensure a clear and supportive framework for our sessions.
