Hello and welcome! My name is Molly, and I am a person-centred therapist committed to creating a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace, in a way that feels safe and empowering.
I offer both short and long term therapy online and in person to suit your needs.
I believe that every person has the potential to thrive and is the expert of their own life. My approach centers around you—your needs, goals, and lived experiences. My role is to walk alongside you, offering support, empathy, and understanding as you navigate the challenges you're facing. Together we can create a non-judgmental and respectful environment where you feel heard, valued, and truly understood.
Practice description
I work with individuals of all backgrounds and life situations, and I understand that each person’s journey is unique. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, relationship issues, grief, or simply seeking a deeper sense of self, I’m here to help you build a stronger connection with yourself and foster the positive change you desire. Together, we’ll explore your inner world with kindness and acceptance, empowering you to unlock your own potential and discover your path forward.
I specialise in working with ADHD. Whether you’ve recently been diagnosed, have lived with ADHD for years, or suspect you may have it, I’m here to support you in understanding how ADHD affects your life, relationships, and self-perception. Together, we’ll work on practical strategies for managing behaviours, building self-compassion, and embracing your strengths, to help you understand, destigmatise and manage any processes that stem from this.
If you’re looking to build a deeper understanding of yourself, build confidence, or explore new ways of living with more balance, I’m here to support you on your journey toward self-discovery, growth, and positive change.
I hold a Master's degree in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy. I am trained in person-centred therapy, psychodynamic therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy.
I have over 8 years experience working with:
-NHS IAPT service
-military veterans
-crisis services
-neurodivergent adults & children
-Betterhelp
This gives me a range of experience in areas not limited to depression, anxiety, low self-confidence, anger, autism & ADHD, self-harm, suicidal ideation and trauma.
My first session
As choosing a therapist can be an overwhelming process, I offer a free 20 minute session before committing to therapy.
We can use this time to get a feel for whether or not we'd be a good fit, as well as discuss any general themes you feel you wish to look into.
This is your opportunity to ask questions, and understand what kind of sessions we would be having.
As finding a therapist that fits you can often be tricky, I offer this free of charge
