About me and my therapy practice
At times we all require someone to hear us and help us make sense of whats going on in our internal and external worlds, and as an integrative psychotherapist I use a variety of approaches to make sure that you're able to receive help best tailored to you.
As a fully qualified Â鶹Դ´ registered psychotherapist, I use skills and techniques that have proven effective through scientific research, client feedback and personal experiences.
At the core of my practice I use Person Centered Therapy (PCT), to provide a warm and accepting environment to promote a trusting and strong relationship.
I am also trained in and use Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy to ensure that I am able to help my clients with whatever they bring in to sessions in a manner they are most comfortable with. Some clients benefit from exploring past relationships and understanding behavioral patterns, while others require a more solution-focused approach.
Building a genuine strong therapeutic relationship is crucial to successful therapy and this connection is prioritised in my practice.
Practice description
Sessions are held online on a secure platform on day and time suitable for both.
My first session
I offer a free initial consultation of 15-20 minutes to get an idea of what kind of therapy and help is required, and for you to get an idea of how you would like to work with me.
