Stress, anxiety, and even feelings of depression or low self-esteem can creep in, making it harder to see a way forward.

I'm an Integrative Psychotherapist, I draw from numerous psychological approaches (including Person-Centred, Psychodynamic, Existential, Gestalt) tailored to your needs.
I'm also a qualified Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapist, which means I help you understand and heal the different parts of yourself鈥攅specially those carrying pain or protection鈥攕o you can cultivate greater self-awareness, inner strength, and self-leadership.
Although I have experience working with a wide variety of issues, I most often support clients with:
- low-self esteem, low confidence, and depression.
- anxiety, stress, and burnout
- life changes (bereavement, divorce, career shifts, midlife, pregnancy/loss, etc.).
Beyond talking therapy, we may utilise creative modalities, including mindfulness, breath work, visualisation, imagery, archetypes, dream exploration, journaling and art materials. By bypassing the 鈥榬ational鈥 mind, these creative practices can unlock deeper insights and healing.

I am American by birth and a Londoner for more than two decades. I value an open, direct approach underpinned by genuine warmth and care. Our sessions are a non-judgemental place for you to bring all aspects of yourself 鈥 even those you may have previously kept hidden, whether consciously or unconsciously.
I work in person in London Bridge and Oxford Circus in calm, welcoming rooms, with sessions taking place at the same time each week.
