About me and my therapy practice
"Know thyself" is the recommendation of the ancient Greek philosophers to their students and fellow citizens.
I will guide and support you in the journey to know yourself, what troubles you, why it really hurts, your patterns of behaviour. Once you feel reassured and look at yourself with more clarity, you will be able to come up with your own solutions and finally move forward.
I firmly believe in the innate power of human beings to recover, change and develop. I strive to provide a warm and no judgemental environment which will give you the chance to stop for a moment and feel comfortable to be yourself, that's when the discovery starts.
I am a qualified humanistic counsellor, and I will work with you using different tools from different modalities: person centred, gestalt and transactional analysis, we will assess together what is the best approach for you.
You are the cure and the cause; it all starts with you and with your willingness to claim a better and more balanced life. I will be your secure base to start this journey.

My first session
" I offer a 30 minute free session, either on the phone or on Zoom, where you can decide if I am the right therapist for you.
On our first session we will discuss your therapeutic plans and the goals you want to achieve.
I see my client in person, in SW6, other areas can be arranged for in person meetings, or online.
Please get in contact via email or by phone to schedule a free 30 minutes session.
The standard session is 50 minutes, we will review progress every 6 weeks via a brief questionnaire, which I have tailored for my clients"
