About me and my therapy practice

I'm Jonathan, a counsellor working with and within the LGBTQ+ Community. As a gay man I have always appreciated the space counselling has offered me to find my place in the world and hope I can provide the same spaciousness for others.

I’m a qualified and experienced counsellor based in London, and I’m here to help you navigate life’s challenges in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space.

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and it’s not always easy to know where to turn. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship issues, low self-esteem, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to walk alongside you. My goal is to help you make sense of your experiences, find clarity, and move forward with confidence.

How I Work

I believe that therapy works best when it feels like a genuine conversation. My approach is warm, empathetic, and collaborative. I draw on person-centred and integrative methods, which means I tailor my approach to suit your unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll explore what’s going on for you, uncover patterns that might be holding you back, and work towards meaningful change.

I’m not here to tell you what to do or give you all the answers. Instead, I’ll help you tap into your own strengths and resources so you can make decisions that feel right for you.

I have a Post Graduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling from the Psychosynthesis Trust.  I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. As well as private practice I work with Waythrough as an Addiction Service Counsellor.

I work with clients from diverse backgrounds, respecting and celebrating individuality. Sessions are available in-person in London or online, providing flexibility to suit your schedule.
