I feel everyone has their own way of healing, this can feel overwhelming to handle on your own. Counselling can provide space and support to enable you to move passed the issues and build on the relationship you have with yourself.

I feel the relationship you have with yourself is the foundation of growth, and can allow you to be fully present in your life, trusting in yourself to be with all that life presents to you.

As a Humanistic Integrative Supervisor, I approach supervision with an intuitive, transpersonal style that supports both your professional growth and ethical practice. Sessions are designed to flow with your needs, empowering you to gain deeper insight into your process, while maintaining the ethical standards of the therapeutic profession.

Our work together will be collaborative and explorative, focused on your development as a practitioner. I place the therapeutic relationship at the core of our work to ensure a consistent, trusting alliance that nurtures your growth and success.

During supervision, I provide the space for you to reflect on your client work, how you navigate sessions, your applied therapeutic techniques, and their impact. This process will offer you new perspectives on your own practice, helping you refine your approach and deepen your self-awareness in the counselling room.

The aim is for you to feel supported, encouraged, and seen. Supervision is a space for you to share thoughts, feelings, and challenges, with guidance offered when necessary to enhance your presence and effectiveness as a counsellor.

In our first session, we’ll build trust, establish your expectations, and discuss how I can best support you in your professional journey. We’ll also explore where you are in your current practice, giving you the opportunity to bring forward any client processes that you’d like to work through together.
