About me and my therapy practice
Life’s challenges are normal, and seeking help is a sign of strength. No matter where you are on your journey, I am here to listen to you. I offer an empathic, confidential, safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings. My approach is person-centred, which means I will offer you complete acceptance whilst being honest, genuine and non-judgemental. This approach works in understanding an individual's experience from their perception. I aim to facilitate a space for you to explore your own strengths and personal identity.
