Do you feel something is not quite right, or perhaps you are confused about what is happening or can't figure out why?
Whether dealing with everyday stressors, relationship breakdown or life transitions, I am here to help you navigate your feelings, thoughts and emotions.
We will work together to understand what is happening and how to handle it now and in the future.
- I work with clients seeking support and clarity in relationships, whether intimate, work-related, familial, friendships, or self-related and;
- I help clients develop coping strategies, improve communication skills, manage emotions, and build resilience
I have specialist training in relationships & psychosexual, workplace issues, and anxiety, worry and self-esteem.
Many clients seek therapy with me to address work-related issues and the symptoms of stress/anxiety that come from navigating work challenges such as redundancy, career changes, adult bullying and poor management and the impact this can have on your personal life and relationships.
I also work with family and intimate relationship breakdowns and support you in navigating the confusion and upset that comes when relationships change.

Conflicts, miscommunications, life transitions, work, family etc and change can deeply affect you and your relationships.
At times, we can become stuck and unsure of the next step. We can also lose sight of our needs and/or your relationship needs and how to meet them. I offer you and your partner(s) space to talk through your relationship needs, wants, desires, and worries, and together, we can develop strategies for a better future.
I am also trained to work with relationship challenges that impact intimacy and sexual issues, such as erection and ejaculation problems, low desire, painful sex, communication challenges, and orgasm difficulties.
Relationships, sex and intimacy are important parts of life, yet they can be sources of frustration, confusion or pain or ignored and not spoken about at all.

Practice description
I work online throughout the week and have in-person sessions in London:
- Mondays in Brixton
- Thursdays in Shoreditch
My first session
For couples therapy, after I receive the initial enquiry via this site, I will contact you to arrange a 20-minute Zoom call with you and your partner(s). (no charge)
We can then arrange an initial session in person or via Zoom. During this session, you will reflect on your history and what has brought you to therapy. (£100)
We will then meet weekly. Each session is 50 minutes and attended by all partners.
The fee for couples is £100/session, and for individuals, it is £70/session.
To ensure the best support in couples+ work, I cannot provide one partner individual therapy while working together as a couple+. If you feel you would benefit from individual sessions, to help I can provide details of independent therapists.

Workshops start at £250 for 60 minutes and £1200/day; discounts apply when booking a series of sessions, and we can discuss this during the initial meeting.
