About me and my therapy practice

As a compassionate and dedicated therapist, I offer a safe and supportive space where clients can openly explore their challenges. My approach combines Transactional Analysis, Gestalt Therapy, and Attachment Theory, providing a flexible framework tailored to individual needs to foster self-discovery, growth, and healing.

Practice description

I have extensive experience working with oncology patients, individuals in palliative care, and those facing terminal illnesses. This work has enriched my understanding of grief and bereavement, enabling me to support clients and their families through moments of profound stress and loss.

In addition to my specialization, I provide therapy to clients from diverse backgrounds dealing with depression, anxiety, and life transitions, offering both short- and long-term support. Fluent in both Italian and English, I currently provide therapy exclusively online while establishing my practice in Wales.
