Sandra Taylor

I am an Integrative Counsellor, which means that I can tailor sessions to your needs as an individual using different modalities. I offer face to face sessions, or online via Zoom, lasting 1 hour. My passion is to work alongside my clients towards achieving the goals in therapy that they set their sights on, and to move on to a more peaceful place through their counselling journey. I provide a warm, friendly, relaxed, non-judgmental space to meet with you in.

I work as an Integrative counsellor, tailoring your sessions to suit you, using the best of different modalities. All sessions are client-led, and offered in a warm, friendly, non-judgmental, relaxed space.

I am happy and comfortable for you to talk with me about anything, and will always work at your own pace.

I have experience in many diverse areas of counselling, but have developed a special interest in working with clients who have diagnosed or undiagnosed autism, clients who are impacted by a family member's/partner's addiction, or clients who have experienced narcissistic abuse from a parent/partner.

Where appropriate, I enjoy working creatively with my clients, for instance in using art, tactile objects, or maybe fairytale work. 

My passion is to come alongside my clients in their journey towards working achieving the goals they set their sights upon and moving towards lasting, positive change through counselling.
