Who am I?

I am qualified Integrative Counsellor and Coach with over 10 years of experience working within diverse communities with vulnerable groups of people. I provide culturally sensitive sessions in English and Bengali, and work with adults providing Individual Counselling, Walk and Talk Therapy, and Coaching.

As a warm and empathetic counsellor, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My approach is open, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs.

My personal and professional experience

Over the last 10 years, I've been fortunate to work in a variety of settings and had the privilege of supporting people through mental and physical health challenges, parenting struggles, and moments of seeking clarity and direction in life.

Reflecting on my own positive experiences with counselling, I truly believe that taking that first step to seek support is an act of courage.

How I work

I work using the Personal Consultancy Model which is rooted in the integration of counselling and coaching as a therapeutic framework . I tailor my way of working according to your unique requirements.

Therefore, not only will you be able to explore your personal experiences and how they have shaped you, you will also learn how to move forward in your life with a renewed sense of self awareness and confidence.

My first session

In our sessions, I will listen attentively and empathetically, not just to what you say but also to what remains unspoken. I will walk alongside you to explore your experiences, identify challenges, and work through them at your own pace.

Together, we will explore what’s most important to you and work towards meaningful changes that align with your life goals and personal values.

I offer an initial 15 minute consultation to:

  • Introduce myself and my way of working
  • Discuss what has brought you to therapy and/or coaching
  • Discuss what you'd like to achieve from our sessions

I also offer a trial 30 minute (free) counselling session to see if we would be a good fit
