About me and my therapy practice
Hi and welcome, I'm Iga,
Does anxiety feel like it’s running your life - leaving you exhausted, overwhelmed, or stuck in self-doubt? Maybe your mind won’t switch off, or you constantly question yourself, feeling like you’re not enough.
Anxiety doesn’t just affect your thoughts - it can show up as tension in your body, a racing heart, or a heavy sense of dread, sometimes without a clear reason.
I know how isolating and exhausting this can be - not just as a therapist, but from my own personal experience. The good news is, you don’t have to stay stuck in this cycle.
Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, panic attacks, low mood, self-worth, or relationship challenges, I can help you regain control and feel more at ease.
My approach is compassionate, holistic and flexible - tailored to your unique needs. Together, we’ll make sense of your inner world, uncover the root of your anxiety, and work through unhelpful patterns. Through self-awareness, practical coping strategies, and resilience-building, you can move toward lasting change.
My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can untangle your thoughts, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with confidence.
Whether you're facing stressful situations, overwhelming emotions, relationship struggles, or simply feeling stuck, we can work together to create a meaningful change.
For those who may struggle to put feelings into words, I also offer creative therapy through art (such as drawing, painting, collage, clay) or journalling, both online and in-person.
I offer 1:1 online counselling for adults 18+ across the UK via Zoom.
If you would like to find out more about me, please visit my website: www.therapywithiga.com
