About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I’m Arfeen, a compassionate and qualified counsellor. Are you or a loved one navigating life with ADHD or autism, whether you’ve recently received a diagnosis, are seeking one, or are simply exploring what it all means? As a neurodivergent therapist with both lived and professional experience, I understand the unique challenges, such as managing overwhelm, navigating social dynamics, or struggling with routines and sensory sensitivities. I provide a safe, compassionate space to explore these experiences and help you develop strategies to thrive while embracing your strengths. Let’s work together to make sense of the journey and create a path forward that works for you.
I am fluent in both English and Hinko. I work with adults, children and young people both face-to-face and remotely (telephone/video), to offer genuine support in navigating life’s challenges. As a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (Â鶹Դ´), fully insured and ICO registered, I uphold the highest standards to ensure your confidentiality and comfort.
If you’re carrying the weight of grief, feeling overwhelmed, or simply seeking a safe space to explore your thoughts and emotions, I’m here to listen. My approach is based on deep respect for your journey. In our sessions, you’ll find a place where your inner world is not only heard but truly understood, without judgment, without pressure. I believe in the strength you already hold and am here to help you uncover the insights and resilience needed to overcome life’s challenges.
Let’s work together to create a path that feels right for you. Whether you’re ready to start healing now or just need someone to talk to, reach out, and let’s take that first step together.
