About me and my therapy practice

Sometimes, life throws things at us that feel too much to face alone. You may be seeking to better understand and make sense of intense or confusing emotional reactions, gaining clarity and a greater sense of control over your inner world. You might be here because you’re going through something big, such as a breakup, a loss, or a career shift - or perhaps exhaustion, anxiety, stress or low mood have built up over time.

Counselling offers a unique space where your thoughts can surface and be explored without judgment, where every aspect of your experience is welcomed and where new insights and possibilities can emerge.

How I Work

With a background in philosophy and the arts, I bring an open and reflective approach to exploring your experiences, honouring their emotional and symbolic depth. My own journey has given me a unique perspective on the complexity of human life, enabling me to offer a non-judgemental and compassionate outlook. What sets my practice apart is my ability to reframe what might seem challenging or difficult, revealing the potential for growth. I believe every difficulty we face is a gateway forward.

I will listen deeply and work collaboratively with you to identify patterns and better understand how your early years shaped you, as well as what drives or holds you back. This process can unlock your unique voice, allowing you to express yourself authentically and live a more aligned and fulfilling life.

My work focuses on supporting people who are:

  • Wanting to navigate and manage intense emotions
  • Looking to build confidence and self-esteem
  • Navigating academic pressure as a student or young person
  • Struggling with anxiety or depression
  • Working through grief, trauma, or loss
  • Exploring potential neurodivergence
  • Feeling detached, numb, or disconnected from the world
  • Integrating experiences that have shifted awareness or perception
