My first session

Having engaged with a diverse array of mental health issues, disabilities and disorders through working with the NHS, NHS staff, Psychiatric unit, Brain Injury Recovery, and as a School Based Children's Counsellor over the last 6 years. I embrace a therapeutic philosophy that recognises the intricacies of each human brain. No label, diagnosis or assessment can truly encapsulate the complexity of simultaneous neural connections occurring within us at any one given moment. Therefore, understanding oneself involves a comprehensive exploration of thoughts, feelings, behaviour, as well as recognising our beliefs, perception of the world and those around us, and the injustices encountered. This journey helps illuminate how your distinctive psychology has shaped your identity today. When we are unaware of our own narrative, it becomes challenging to comprehend ourselves fully. My philosophy is rooted in providing you with the space to discover and embrace your true self, promoting positive mental health.
