About me and my therapy practice

Taking the first step toward therapy or coaching can feel hard, especially when you are left feeling stuck or overwhelmed.
If you’re struggling to find balance or feeling like you’re running on empty, I want you to know you’re not alone. It’s hard to make time for yourself when everything else feels like a priority.
I combine therapy and coaching, which means we’ll not only explore the emotional roots of what you’re experiencing but also find practical ways to cope. Whether you need space to process, tools to manage, or a mix of both, our work will be tailored to what you need.

My first session
Our first session is a chance for you to share what’s bringing you to therapy or coaching and what you’d like to get out of our work together.
I’ll ask some gentle questions to get to know you, your experiences, and your goals, but there’s no pressure—you can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.
This session is also a space for you to get a feel for how I work and to see if we’re the right fit.
