I am available for face-to-face sessions in my calm, private practice room. I also offer online sessions so you can access counselling from home. I work Monday to Friday.

About me and my therapy practice
There are lots of reasons why you might be considering therapy. You may be struggling with everyday life, family issues or feelings of loss following a bereavement, relationship breakdown or life change. You may be experiencing anxiety, depression or feelings of not belonging. You may have experienced trauma or abuse. You may feel isolated and alone in your pain. You may wish to improve your self esteem. Together, working at your own pace, I believe counselling can help, and allow you space to process, heal and grow.
I offer a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space for you to explore your feelings. I treat every client as the unique individual they are, with respect and kindness.
I am an Integrative Counsellor which means I am able to combine techniques to best serve the unique needs of my clients. I believe that no single therapeutic approach has all the answers and that helpful therapy should be tailored to the individual. I often work psychodynamically, working with the client’s past to help them better understand how they feel today. However, at the centre of how I work is the relationship between you and I. Research supports this approach as the most effective way to help you work towards change and growth.
It is my aim that through our therapeutic relationship, my clients will gain insight and awareness into their own process and the nature of their challenges. This understanding will help empower them on their journey of self-acceptance, healing and growth.
I understand that finding a therapist can feel daunting and overwhelming and you want to find someone that you feel comfortable with. I am happy to offer a free introductory session via phone, so we can get to know one another a little. This usually takes 20 minutes and gives clients the opportunity to ask any questions they may have.
I hold a current DBS check. I am a registered member of the Â鶹Դ´, strictly adhering to the Â鶹Դ´ code of ethics and their commitment to continued professional development.
