Practice description
My inclusive practice embraces and values clients from all walks of life, honouring diverse cultural, ethnic, religious, and non-religious backgrounds. I believe that every individual’s story is unique and deserving of respect. It is a privilege to witness your journey, stand alongside you, and provide support as you work toward healing and personal growth.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting, and I deeply acknowledge the courage it takes to seek support. Reaching out often means confronting vulnerable feelings, uncertainties, or fears, which can feel overwhelming. It’s important to remember that you don’t have to face these challenges alone.
