About me and my therapy practice

Reaching out to a therapist is not an easy thing to do and can feel daunting and scary, but I am here to offer a trusting space for anything that might be bringing you down, making you feel anxious or stressed or any other feelings or issues you feel you need to process in therapy.

Some of the issues that I support clients with are:

- Anxiety and depression

- Burnout, fatigue, sleeping issues and stress

- Relationship issues be these romantic/ sexual or friendships.

- Neurodivergence such as ADHD and Autism.

- Hormonal issues or imbalances including PMS, PMDD, endometriosis perimenopause and menopause.

In terms of my therapeutic modality I work integratively which means I use different tools and theories. We may draw on humanistic ideas such as person-centred therapy, which values your unique experiences and empowers you to make positive changes. We may also bring in existential and psychodynamic practices, such as attachment theory, to understand how your past relationships might be influencing your present.

I offer a decolonising and queer-affirmative space.
