About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes life can feel too much. Responsibilities of work, study, home life, and even social commitments can make you feel like you are pulled in multiple directions which might leave you feeling overwhelmed, out of control, burnt out. If any of this sounds familiar to you, and you feel like you are losing part of yourself, counselling could help you understand how you can set boundaries and make positive changes.
My commitment to you, as a Person Centred Counsellor, is to provide a safe and accepting environment, where you can talk openly and free from judgement. I aim to work alongside you to explore the challenges you are experiencing which can help you to identify how to improve your outlook and your life.
I have a working background in people and project management both in the private sector and the NHS which has given me a deep understanding of the pressures of those environments, and the challenges of balancing both work and life demands.
I have experience in counselling a wide range of age groups and demographics with problems ranging from pressure at work/university, relationship issues, family dynamics, and sexual abuse.
A particular interest of mine is Women’s Health, including menopause, gynaecological issues, and fertility.
I offer both face to face and online appointments. If you would like to get in touch and explore how I might be able to help you, please use the link on this listing.
