My first session
In our first session, the focus is on building a strong therapeutic rapport and understanding your unique needs and goals. During this session, I will ask you to share some background information and discuss the challenges you’re currently facing. This helps me gain a clear understanding of your concerns and allows us to collaboratively explore the most suitable therapeutic approach for you.
I may also ask you to complete a brief assessment or questionnaire to better understand your emotional and mental health history. This will inform the development of a personalized treatment plan tailored to your specific needs. The first session is a chance for you to ask any questions about the process and for us to ensure that we’re a good fit for working together.
Please note, I offer the first session at a different rate to provide an opportunity to explore the therapeutic process and determine if it aligns with your needs.
