About me and my therapy practice
"Natalie, how do I begin thanking you for everything you have done for me. You were there for me in my darkest days. I will never forget the kindness you showed, thank you for helping me weather the storm".
I am a Â鶹Դ´-registered integrative counsellor with a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs, helping you navigate life’s challenges—whether that’s anxiety, depression, stress, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, or general mental well-being.
I have extensive experience supporting individuals through grief and loss, including bereavement, fertility struggles, and life transitions. I also specialise in birth trauma, infertility, and secondary infertility, providing a safe and validating space for individuals and couples processing the emotional impact of these experiences. Whether you are adjusting to a major life change or carrying the weight of past pain, I will walk alongside you, helping you find clarity, strength, and a renewed sense of self.
Practice description
I work within a humanistic and integrative approach, ensuring that therapy is personal to you. My role is not to offer advice but to create a warm, safe space where you feel truly heard and supported. Together, we will explore your feelings, experiences, and challenges in a way that feels meaningful and manageable.
Drawing from cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, transactional analysis, and narrative therapy, I tailor my approach to support emotional healing, self-understanding, and personal growth. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, or relationship struggles, we will work in a way that best meets your needs.
I offer both short-term and long-term therapy, with no obligation to continue beyond what feels right for you. My passion is creating a space where you can process life’s difficulties with compassion and support, helping you move forward with greater confidence and resilience.
My first session
Choosing the right counsellor is important, which is why I offer a FREE 30-minute initial consultation, where we can have a chat about what is going on for you and talk about what you would like some support with. This then enables you to decide if I am the right counsellor for you and if you are happy we can book some sessions in.
If we decide to work together, our sessions run for 50 minutes and cost £55. I also offer 6 sessions for the price of 5.
I’d love to support you on your journey—please feel free to get in touch to book an initial conversation.
