About me and my therapy practice

Are you feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or like something is missing in your life? Do you find yourself yearning for a change but unsure of where to start? Do you find that everyone else “got it” but you seem to struggle? If life feels heavy and unmanageable, know that you are not alone—and you’ve come to the right place.

I specialize in helping clients navigate a variety of challenges, including:

• Stress, Anxiety, and Depression: Finding balance and emotional relief.

• Bereavement, Grief, and Loss: Supporting you through life’s most difficult transitions.

• Motivation and Purpose: Rediscovering meaning and drive in your life.

• Self-Esteem and Confidence: Building a stronger, more empowered sense of self.

• Relationship Challenges: including narcissistic abuse, breakups, cheating, attachments issues.

I work in a safe, empathetic, and supportive way, where trust and your well-being are always my top priorities. In our sessions, I offer my full presence as a steady and compassionate container, gently encouraging you to explore areas in need of attention and growth. Care, warmth, and nurturing are at the heart of our work together, ensuring you feel welcomed, accepted, and validated every step of the way.

I combine my training in psychotherapy with mindfulness, bereavement support, and somatic practices to create a personalized and holistic approach tailored to each client. Over the course of my training and practice, I’ve come to deeply understand how interconnected the mind and body are. For lasting and meaningful change, it’s essential to address every aspect of your being—mind, body, and soul.

My therapeutic approach draws from a rich blend of modalities, including Person-Centred Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Attachment Theories, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). I integrate these approaches with psychosomatic practices, neuroscience-based insights, breathwork, and spirituality to create a deeply rooted and transformative process.

Practice description

What to expect?

I offer a safe and non-judgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts and emotions. Each session is tailored to your unique needs, ensuring you feel seen, heard, and fully supported. Together, we will work with whatever you bring to the session and focus on what is most present for you in the moment.

Some sessions might delve into the beliefs you formed about the world during childhood, while others could focus on future plans and actionable strategies to achieve your goals. We can explore limiting beliefs, recurring patterns, and ways to break free from letting the past dictate your future.

I deeply believe in the inherent goodness of people and their capacity for change. My role is not to provide instructions or answers but to create a space where you can uncover your own truths and empower yourself to live the life you desire.

My first session

I offer 15 min discovery call, where we can assess if we would like to work together.

If we decide that we are a good match, in our first session we will focus on mapping out your goals for therapy and I will ask questions about you, your history and lifestyle.
