About me and my therapy practice
Are you looking for a space to talk about whatever feels important to you? To be listened to, exploring thoughts and feelings about how life is, or perhaps you are looking to free yourself from patterns of behaving that no longer serve you?
You might feel dissatisfied, unsure how to create the life you’d like; I will work with you to listen, understand, and support you to find a different way of living that is more satisfying and empowering.
I work with people across a broad spectrum of ages, gender, race, class and background, in a confidential one to one setting, to build a trusting relationship. I will listen and empathise so we can develop what you would like for yourself at this stage in your life and what you'd like from your relationships and the world at large.
I have experience in various sectors, including finance, journalism and hospitality and I understand the pressures that work, family and relationships can place on us and the importance of managing these experiences to find a satisfying balance and live with authenticity.
I bring my warmth, intelligence, integrity and understanding to the work, with a commitment to holding a safe and space for you. If you have any questions about how I could work with you then please call or email me to arrange an initial, exploratory session.
Practice description
I suggest we start with a telephone consultation. There is no charge for this and it normally lasts around ten minutes. After this we would have a first session which is treated like any session in terms of time and fee and is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and for me to gain an understanding of who you are and what you'd like from therapy.My first session
Our first session would be an opportunity for us to get to know each other and find out what it is you would like to get out of therapy. It will also be a chance for me to explain how I work and answer any questions you might have.
I encourage clients to think about whether they want to commit to further sessions after the initial meeting, so you don't feel pressured, but supported in what you'd like to do going forward.
If we agree to continue, you will have a weekly slot in my diary. We will continue until it is time to stop.

Practice description
I work in a practice based in Spitalfields, London E1 in a face to face, private setting.The practice is a 12 minute walk from Liverpool Street Station, a seven minute walk from Aldgate East Station and an 11 minute walk from Shoreditch High Street.
