Therapy sessions are available week days and week ends, between 12.30 pm to 7.00 pm.
Each therapy session is approximately 60 minutes duration.
I provide therapy via face-to-face in the Huddersfield area easy access via M62, and also on-line via teams or zoom.

My Introduction
I am a qualified Counsellor, Psychotherapist and Psychologist. I also have a background in teaching, training and mentorship in leadership and business management.
I use a variety of methods/techniques/interventions to empower you to achieve the best outcomes you want from the therapy. You are in control!
Qualifications: MA Integrative Counselling; MSc. Psychology; Master's in Business Administration (MBA), Cert. Ed (HE).

I work with adults (over 18 years of age), from diverse backgrounds, cultures and irrespective of gender, race, colour, nationality, disability, class, sexuality, political or religious beliefs, marital status or any other factors not mentioned and is within my skills base and expertise.

I have concessionary rates for students, unwaged, single parents, and humanitarian aid workers.

I provide a welcoming, relaxed, compassionate, accessible, supportive, and confidential space within which you can feel safe to talk freely and openly and know that you feel heard and understood.
How I Practice and Work with You
During the counselling sessions I collaborate with you to understand your needs so that I can tailor the therapy to meet your needs and expectations.
I incorporate various researched (evidence-based) models, tools and techniques that help the therapeutic process. I also ensure that these tools and techniques are culturally sensitive and respect your values and beliefs.
My professional practice
My professional practice comprises Relational, Person-Centred, Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Systemic, Psychodynamic, Psychoeducation and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
My first session
The initial consultation session is free of charge and lasts 30 to 60 minutes. This is an opportunity for you to ensure that you feel comfortable and can talk openly with me.
Equally, it is an opportunity for me to establish if I can offer the support you need.
It is also an opportunity to assess any risk issues related to safeguarding, health, safety, confidentiality and any special or specific needs you may have.
