You might be needing a space to talk openly, where you can express thoughts and feelings that feel difficult to share elsewhere. Perhaps you’re feeling anxious or overwhelmed by the challenges of today’s world and need support to make sense of it all. You may be navigating grief or facing other complex issues that require time and patience to explore.
I am an integrative counsellor with a background of working in broadcasting for 25 years.
I offer a warm, thoughtful and confidential space for you to explore life and navigate its challenges and share freely what has bought you to therapy.
About me and my therapy practice
I work relationally and draw mainly from psychodynamic, humanistic and existential frameworks, bringing together a sense of your past and present. I also have an interest in somatic work – connecting what is happening in our bodies with our minds.
I welcome clients from all backgrounds and have a particular interest in working with peri menopause, menopause, aging, loss and grief.
If you would like to talk, please get in touch via email. I look forward to hearing from you
