· Online therapy across the UK
· Appointments available upon mutual agreement of what works for both of us. I offer week days, evenings and weekend sessions.
I also offer Wellbeing Consultations where we can explore your needs before committing to sessions; an initial 20-minute complimentary online consultation, a space for you to share, ask questions, learn more about me and the ways I work. If you’re uncertain or have hesitations.

About me and my therapy practice
I understand the level of considerations that goes into finding and choosing your therapist, so I am going to make this simple and brief for you.
Do you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or lost in your thoughts? Are you carrying emotions that feel too heavy, struggling with self-doubt, or navigating challenges that seem impossible to untangle? Are you suffering from anxiety? Flashback? Past traumas that are sabotaging your life and weighing you down? Perhaps life feels confusing, relationships feel strained, or you’re simply longing to feel more at peace within yourself.
If any of this resonates with you, you don’t have to go through it alone. I am deeply and strongly committed to offering you a space to breathe, to be heard, and to find your way forward—at your own pace, in a way that feels right for you. I am here to hold a safe, non-judgemental, and compassionate space where you can speak freely, express your emotions, and begin to make sense of what’s going on inside. Sometimes, just being truly listened to can be healing in itself. Other times, it’s about untangling the deeper layers—understanding your patterns, finding clarity, and building a life that supports your emotional and mental wellbeing.
Together, we will explore what’s holding you back, what you need, and how you can move towards a life that feels more aligned with your true self, and what serves your mental and emotional wellbeing.
Becoming a therapist was inspired by my own healing journey which was a transformative and a life changing experience for me even when it felt unreachable. I know what it’s like to carry pain, to search for answers, and to slowly find the way back to yourself. The experience of my own healing inspired me to create those space for others, it influences the way I hold a safe space for you—with humanity, grace, with heart, and with deep respect for your unique process.
Practice description
I am a registered and accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists and the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society.
I provide a warm, safe, compassionate, and confidential space that is humanistic, client-centred, and non-judgemental. Together, we navigate your psychological healing journey, working side by side as you explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Acknowledging the science of our existence, I support healing on mental, emotional, and physical levels.
Through my own healing journey and professional training, I’ve learned that healing is non-linear and unfolds in waves. For me, embarking on the path of healing was life-changing, and I trust in the transformative power of the process. I am passionate about holding space for individuals as they uncover their unique, empowered potential and step into their light. My core philosophy is that wellbeing is a birthright and that we are all able to access within inner resourcefulness once we choose to give ourselves the right support to heal and be supported in life.
In our sessions, we work together to foster growth and evolution in a way that aligns with your personal sense of empowerment and wellbeing. I do not hold more knowledge than what already exists within you; your inner wisdom is your most powerful healing resource. With humility and reverence, I create a space where you can reconnect with the depth of your inner self, rediscovering the abundance of your mind, heart and body—your true inner home.

In this session we will explore what brings you here and now, you will ask all questions about our work together, learn how does therapy work and we will agree on what works best for you as a way forward. It is an opportunity to assess our work together and certainly provides you with an insight about what can help.
