About me and my therapy practice
Thank you for taking the time to read my profile.
My name is Zoe, and I’m a therapist with a strong interest in life transitions—whether in relationships, career changes, self-image, or confidence.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a Personal Stylist, helping people build confidence and empowerment through their external image while fostering a strong inner self for lasting growth.
I also have experience supporting individuals who have left religious groups or cults, helping them navigate life beyond those structures.
My areas of expertise include anxiety, panic, and ADD/ADHD, and I offer a warm, collaborative space where we can work together to build resilience and create the life changes you feel ready for.
My approach is tailored to you. I have a calm, casual, and relaxed style and use a variety of therapeutic modalities in an integrative way to suit your needs.
If this resonates with you, please feel free to get in touch—I’d be happy to answer any questions. I look forward to meeting you.
Practice description
Cost:
My standard session rate for individuals is £65 for 50 minutes. I appreciate that counselling is a huge commitment in terms of both time and money, and I will do my best to help you get the most out of this investment in yourself.
Time and Place:
I can offer flexibility regarding online or face-to-face sessions, with a choice of weekly, fortnightly, and monthly sessions. Most clients start with weekly sessions and move to fortnightly and then monthly as the work progresses.
How I can support:
I am passionate about helping people grow their self-worth, self-esteem and self-confidence. I listen, but I don't only listen! I am also available to offer principles, skills, and strategies that can help with current situations and are designed to last a lifetime.
My first session
Initial Consultation:
Our first meeting can take place over the phone, Zoom, or FaceTime—whichever feels most comfortable for you. It is a free, informal consultation during which we can get to know each other and discuss your expectations and goals for therapy.
First Session:
In our first session, I will begin with a short assessment to gather important information about your background and current circumstances. This helps me better understand your situation so I can support you effectively.
We will also review the therapy contract, which outlines our work's ethical and legal framework. This will ensure that we both clearly understand our commitment to the process.
Once the initial details are covered, the sessions will be over to you; we can start working on anything you wish to bring with complete guidance and support.
Please feel free to use this time to ask questions or share concerns.
