My practice integrates person-centred counselling, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), and coaching techniques, ensuring that the support you receive is tailored to your unique needs, preferences, and goals.
While my approach centres on the flexibility and immediacy of single sessions, I also provide longer-term support for those who find ongoing work more beneficial.
I hold a Master’s degree in Mental Health, and am qualified in both person-centred and cognitive-behavioural therapy.
