Hello, I’m Zoe. I recognise it takes courage to seek help and that choosing the right therapist can feel daunting. Everyone is different and there are no set outcomes for therapy. Simply talking to another person can bring relief and lead to a better self-understanding, and this may be enough. Or you may want to make some adjustments or bigger changes in your life. In the first session we can discuss what you might be looking for from therapy. My approach is collaborative and your needs and best interests will always remain at the heart of our work.
