 30-minute in-depth telephone consultation

I offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation to explore your needs and ensure we are the right fit. This is an opportunity to discuss your goals and concerns in a confidential setting. Many of my clients are used to high-performance environments where self-reflection is often deprioritised—this call is the first step in recalibrating your emotional well-being.

 50-minute comprehensive assessment session

Your first full session is a 50-minute private consultation, designed to:

Gain a deeper understanding of your experiences and psychological patterns

Define clear objectives for therapy, whether short-term strategic support or long-term self-development

Introduce therapeutic techniques suited to your individual needs

Provide an initial experience of my approach before committing to ongoing work

This highly personalised assessment allows us to establish a framework for our sessions, ensuring that your time in therapy is efficient, structured, and tailored to your lifestyle and ambitions.

I work exclusively with a select number of clients to maintain a high level of focus and care. If you feel I may not be the right therapist for you, I can refer you to other experienced professionals who align with your specific requirements.

My integrative approach blends Transactional Analysis, Psychodynamic, and Transpersonal therapies, allowing me to tailor each session to your unique needs. Whether you're struggling with a painful breakup, childhood trauma, bereavement, or family conflict, I provide a confidential, non-judgemental, and compassionate space to explore your thoughts and emotions.

I offer a free 30-minute telephone consultation to give you an opportunity to discuss what’s bringing you to therapy and ask any questions before committing. This informal chat helps us explore whether I’m the right therapist for you and ensures you feel comfortable before booking a full session. Therapy is most effective when you feel a genuine connection with your therapist, so this initial conversation is an important first step.

50-minute full assessment session

If you decide to proceed, we will arrange a 50-minute in-depth assessment session, which serves as the foundation for our work together. This session allows us to:

 Explore your personal history, experiences, and current challenges

 Identify your goals for therapy and what you hope to achieve

 Discuss how I work and which therapeutic approach may suit you best

 Answer any concerns you may have about the process

The assessment session is designed to give you clarity and a sense of direction for your therapy journey. It also helps us decide on the best approach tailored to your individual needs, whether that’s short-term solution-focused work or deeper long-term therapy.

There’s no obligation to continue after the assessment—what’s most important is that you find the right therapist for you. If you feel that I may not be the best fit, I will happily refer you to other trusted professionals.
