Hello, my name is Natalie. I am an experienced Integrative Psychotherapist. This means I can draw on several different therapeutic approaches to tailor therapy to meet your needs. I have an MSc in CBT and Psychodynamic and I am a Nutrition coach and trained in mindfulness, offering a holistic approach.
