Practice description

Although I am open to all approaches, I work primarily from an existential perspective, which prioritises individual experience over rigid theoretical frameworks. I’m deeply interested in your unique experience of the world around you. We’ll work together to develop tailored coping strategies that align with your personal experiences and needs.

This journey is about understanding you as a whole person, not just a set of symptoms. It’s an opportunity to gain deeper insights into yourself and discover new ways of navigating life’s complexities.

My first session

In our initial meeting, I will take down some details of background and history, we will discuss what brings you to therapy, your hopes and expectations, and see if you feel comfortable with me.

Sessions are 50 minutes long and typically scheduled at the same weekly.
