About me and my therapy practice
I work with adults who feel stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed, yet struggle to fully understand why. This might be affecting various aspects of your life, such as relationships, professional settings, self-esteem, mood, and anxiety levels. I offer support in making sense of your emotions, understanding feelings, and helping you learn how to trust them.
During my upbringing, I encountered difficulties in comprehending the emotions and feelings that influenced my actions and behaviours. This lack of understanding subsequently impacted how I presented myself in various settings. My pursuit of self-understanding provided clarity and led me to a position where I aspire to assist others in discovering their own sources of pain, as I did.
We will explore your concerns in an environment that encourages you to work on showing up authentically, and provides a space for you to unpack what hurts to gain a better understanding.
My goal is to help you connect with yourself on a deeper level, trust your emotions, and honour your authenticity. Through this journey, many of my clients find greater self-awareness, improved emotional mental wellbeing, and a renewed sense of balance in their lives.
Practice description
I run an online practice only, that takes place via Google Meet.
I take on an integrative approach, trained in Person-centred therapy aided with low-intensity cognitive behavioural therapy in sessions, where appropriate. I can support you to autonomously explore present struggles including thoughts, feelings, emotions, and behaviour that have affected your mental wellbeing through these therapy approaches.
I aim to work with you to achieve what matters most and work toward improved mental health wellbeing. I provide both short-term and long-term counselling, so I can work at your pace. You are welcome to schedule a free 15 minutes initial consultation to learn about my approach and determine if it meets your needs.
If you book your first counselling session within 24 hours of your initial consultation, you'll receive a £5 discount.
My first session
In your first session, I will briefly go over the counselling agreement with you to check understanding and/or if you have any questions.
