Together we can navigate your world, explore your thoughts and delve deep into the root cause of your emotions. We can work together in a confidential, non-judgmental environment supporting you in every step of your journey no matter how long it takes. Asking for support is one of the most challenging moments you can take in your healing process, and taking this first step is already an incredible achievement. Therapy allows for a safe space to self-actualize where you are heard, valued and can become your true self.

Practice description

I work mainly online via Teams but also on the telephone if you prefer. This means that you can have your session from home as long as you are in a safe and confidential space.

I mainly work in a person-centred way. This means that I am here to work with you in a confidential, non-judgmental environment supporting you in every step of your journey no matter how long it takes. Therapy with me allows you a safe space to talk and and focus on your needs and goals.

I have much experience working with stress, depression, anxiety, relationship breakdowns, loss and emotional distress. I also specialise in chronic illness and pain.

My first session

Finding the right counsellor for you is very important, as you need to be able to trust that person and feel comfortable sharing your feelings with them.

I offer a 15 minute assessment call to give you an idea of who I am as a counsellor and how I would work with you. We can explore your challenges and goals for therapy.

In our first full session I will do an assessment and we can explore your thoughts and feelings in a deeper way and decide how we can work together. We can then decide on a regular session time and decide on a plan of working together, discussing any goals or outcomes you want to achieve.
